("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our websites, applications, and services, including but not limited to LineStar, TrackWiz, Props Optimizer, and any related products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selected plan)
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal fee.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Android: Through your Google Play account settings
• Web: Through your account settings on our website or by contacting Support@BetFully.com

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until then.

7.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However:

• For iOS subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted through Apple
• For Android subscriptions, refund requests must be submitted through Google Play
• For web subscriptions, please contact Support@BetFully.com within 48 hours of purchase to request a refund consideration

7.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

8. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional offers from time to time. Unless otherwise stated:

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Promotional pricing is valid only for the initial subscription period
• Offers are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other promotions
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, software, and algorithms, are owned by BetFully Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

BetFully® and Check Before You Bet® are registered trademarks of BetFully, Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software in our Services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from our Services (scraping)

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Use our Services to transmit malware or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETFULLY INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages related to gambling losses or betting outcomes

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BetFully Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your gambling activities.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• Arbitration shall take place in San Diego County, California
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
• You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration
• You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Services and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetFully Inc. concerning your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
